This page explains how to delete your account and personal data for apps provided by RealOS, Inc. Find your app below for how to request deletion and what data is removed. The handling, retention, and timeframe sections below apply across all RealOS apps.
Ask Harvey
Ask Harvey is a mobile app for licensed real estate agents, provided by RealOS, Inc.
How to request deletion. You can request deletion in either of two ways:
- Email support@realos.pro with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include the email address tied to your account so we can locate and verify it.
- Or ask your brokerage administrator to remove your account directly.
What gets deleted. Once your request is verified, we permanently remove your Ask Harvey account record — including your name, email address, assigned role, and device push-notification token.
How we handle deletion
These terms apply to all RealOS apps.
Verification. We verify each request against the account it concerns before processing it.
What we keep, and for how long. Aggregated or anonymized usage data that isn’t linked to your identity may be retained to help us improve the service. Records we’re legally required to keep are retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
How long it takes. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
