About RealOS
The crew behind your system.
RealOS exists for one reason: agents are handed powerful tools and left to figure them out alone. We build your Lofty system the right way, keep it tuned, and stay on the hook so the tech works for you — not the other way around.

Scott Connors
Co-founder/CEO
Scott has spent 17 years selling real estate across Ohio and West Virginia — an associate broker, top producer, and still in production today, with more than 1,000 transactions behind him. An Eastern Ohio native now planted in Wheeling, he came up the way most agents do: figuring it out in the field, deal by deal. The psychology degree from Duquesne turned out to be better training for the business than he expected — most of the job is listening well and communicating clearly under pressure.
RealOS started as Scott's own problem. Like a lot of agents, he bought a powerful CRM and then watched it sit half-used, because nobody hands you a system for actually running the thing. Working as Director of Training for Harvey Goodman Realtor and a Lofty user since 2020, he built one — a setup that was approachable, agent-first, and actually got used. When he realized he and Johnny had turned that into a repeatable system, and that nearly every agent he met was stuck at the same starting line, RealOS was the answer. When he's not in the CRM, he's usually with his family, behind a drum kit, or under the hood of a vintage Volkswagen.

Johnny Kazemka
Co-founder/Director of Operations
Johnny has been Scott's right hand since 2012 — first as an agent on his team, now as co-founder and the person who keeps RealOS running day to day. Licensed in Ohio and West Virginia and known around the Ohio Valley as "Johnny Realtor," he brings a genuinely unusual toolkit: two degrees, in building preservation/restoration and in business with a real estate focus, plus a Rookie of the Year award and a long track record as a multi-million-dollar producer.
He's also the most community-rooted person you'll meet. Johnny serves as Secretary Treasurer for the Benwood Volunteer Fire Department, dives with the Wheeling Area Underwater Special Tactics Team as a rescue diver, and — for good measure — holds the Wheeling Middleweight Toughman title. Above all of it, he's a devoted father and family man. That mix of grit, range, and care is exactly what he brings to operations: whatever the problem is, Johnny's already figuring out how to fix it.
