What is RealOS, exactly?
We're a done-for-you service for Lofty, the real estate CRM. We set up your Lofty account the way a top producer's would be, train you hands-on to actually run it, and stick around to keep it tuned as you grow. Think of it as Lofty with an expert layer on top — so the platform you're paying for actually gets used.
Do I need to be on Lofty already?
Not necessarily — it just changes where you start. If you're not on Lofty yet, we can get you set up with it through us. If your brokerage gives you Lofty, we can work in your account directly. And if you bought Lofty yourself, we can usually take it from here at no extra charge. However you come to us, there's a path.
What does it cost?
It depends on how you get your Lofty account, so we'll walk you through exactly what it looks like for your situation on a quick call — no surprises and no pressure. What we can tell you up front: there's no long-term contract, ever.
What's a Jam Session?
It's our weekly live call — part training, part open forum — where the RealOS community gets together to brainstorm, troubleshoot, and sometimes fix real accounts live. It's one of the ways we keep you supported long after setup. (It's also a great way to get a feel for how we work before you commit.)
Will I actually use this, or is it another tool I'll abandon?
That's the problem we're built to solve. Most CRM training buries you in features until you give up. We do the opposite — we focus on the handful of habits that actually matter, so running your CRM takes about 10–15 minutes a day. The whole system is designed to be simple enough that you'll keep using it, not let it collect dust.
